Although, it is always advisable to do a regular programme in such a vocational subjects, but as you are planning to do it through Correspondence you can consider doing it through IGNOU. There are other open Universities as well providing this course but you need to check whether they have their centre in Mumbai or not.

It would definitely be a better option if you plan you Masters level programme after B.Sc, as B.Sc will have lesser job opportunities as compare to a PG level programme. Few of the Masters level programme which you may opt for: B.Tech Electronics, M. Sc in Astronomy, Astrophysics, Electronics, Geophysics, and Nuclear physics, Master in Atomic and Molecular Physics, MBA, MCA etc.
