In BBA they also teach computer programming. So join a course which gives out programming and allied courses, but the course must be less than one year long, so that you get time to complete it, and also seek admission into BBA.Also, start reading books on general management. One such good book is by BS Moshal. The other one is by Singh & Chhabra.I do not remember the titles, so try to find out by authors' names.Moshal's book is published by Tata McGraw Hill.

Hi Swarrna, since the results are declared only today, it is little tough to tell you the names of the colleges immediately. Your rank wilt definitely go down when you take the girls reservation and university(Local/Non-local) into account. You'll get admission in a good college.believe me.
All the best,
Gomti

Hi Laltlanmawii, mere passing passing can not guarantee admission for medical schools abroad. There is a long procedure that you need to follow. First of all you need to take eligibility certificate froom MCI and find out from them if the medical school you wish to apply is recognised by them or not.
After getting the certificate you need to appear for UMAT exam to be considered by any medical college in Australia. Here is the list of medical colleges in Australia :
Australian National University Medical School
Bond University Faculty of Health Science and Medicine
Deakin University - Deakin University School of Medicine
Flinders Universit
...more
