Hi Abhishek, with the documents mentioned below you will need to send in your application.
Documents required to apply for admission- Class 10 and 12 marksheets and Passing certificate, sem wise or year wise marksheets, degree certificate or provsional certificate, Statement of Purpose, Letters of Recommendation(2), Work experience letters from all employers (if any), CV (if you have work ex), A copy of your passport(1st and Last Page), IELTS ( 6.5 min for PG courses). IELTS can be submitted later on if not already written.
since, it is June already, if there are seats left your application will be judged by the faculty. As it is a course requiring medical research, it may take longer than usual for the application outcome.
The application is judged not only on academic documents but also on recommendation letters and Statement of Purpose. So prepare these documents well.

With 66% it would be really difficult to get admission in top Universities so I would suggest you to look for Private Institutes like Amity, or try with some private Institutes affiliated with IP University.

Hi Devlina, once you have offer letter for PhD in Psychology from a British University, upon request or judging your application the University will inform you of the scholarships. Otherwise you can try for the Common wealth scholarship, British Chevening scholarship.
But scholarships can be applied only after you have offer letter.
In case this does not materialise, you can try in Nz where the PhD is offered for a home tuition fee of INR 1.5 lacs per annum. And the living expense is only 3.5 lacs per annum.
If you are married your spouse gets to work full time and children can get free education. the benefits do no tend here. You can apply for PR after your PhD is over and will easily be able to find job !!!

First of all you need to remember that you have to appear for an Engineering Entrance Examination, without which you would not be able to get in any good Engineering College.
Few of the Colleges which you can consider for Agriculture Engineering:
Acharya N G Ranga Agricultural University
College of Agriculture Engineering, Coimbatore.
Allahabad University
Chandra Shekhar Azad Agricultural University
G B Pant University of Agriculture and Technology
Tamil Nadu Agricultural University

Although, it would be difficult to give you names of the colleges having such a low fee structure and frankly speaking Engineering Colleges are high priced and the fee ranges between 2-5 lakhs. However, you can try with Government colleges in Pune which definitely will have a lower fee structure.
