Pravnav go for engineering courses like mech or computers and also civil. Of Course i know you may perhaps not get merit's benefits. Though you have chances of opting these courses via Management Quota (Paid Seats). Some of my school friends were lucky enough to gets in colleges using similar ways and they server huge multinational companies with great package.
You also can join colleges outside India where you may not have to face difficulties in admitting yourself in.

Go for private universities in and around Delhi. You can even give thought to other universities in North India. Most of these universities not only offer admission on the basis of CAT/MAT/XAT tests but also on the basis of their own test, GDPI and marks in graduation.
