All of them take from JEE main. If you have performed considerable in it you can get in those.
Out of 9 one is NIT Rourkela, Situated at rourkela and it has very high cutoff as it is a national institute(Central govt).

In order to pursue a PhD. course, one needs to have a Post Graduate degree from a UGC recognized university.
Most colleges have a different provision for admission. You need to contact the institute officials personally for specific admission details as it differs from one college to another.
