Well this Question has a discrepancy in it. Courses of study are not about career prospects. It is about Your interest. Access yourself. If you are interested in research area like u want to go deep into the working of something or you want to know about every thing you see then go for BSc Physics.
But if you have a mind which accepts things as it is and you think just to implement those then you should select Btech. Because Btech is just implementation of the thing which are created by the scientist.
And both have good career prospects.
Yeah above all your past career matters. If you are a good student and good at thinking then only you

Your exam is not clear. You can get a heavy scholarship based on 12th marks but your rank does not support you. Check some good colleges with wide platform, good exposure, faculty, research and other academic facilities. Log in to some colleges like SRM, LPU, RAI, JNTU etc

However like i mentioned, you must be good with programming to move ahead in this area since you have to compete with MCAs and BTech(CS) applicants. So choose your internship/ industrial training very carefully. Do not just g
