Germany is much known for its technological advancements, especially Automobile and mechanical. Few good universities that you can look for are

Most of the universities have English as the medium of teaching. For admission you might have to give GRE and IELTS / TOEFL. Also education in Germany is government funded, there is a possibility that you might have to pay a minimal fee ranging from euro 140-500. For more information on German Universities, I would request you to visit the nearest DAAD office. DAAD is officially authorized to provide information about education in Germany. They have offices in major cities in India. If possible go for a German language course as it will help you find a part time job. A student in Germany can work 90 full days or 180 half days.

No formal educational qualification is necessary to work as an animal trainer ; but candidates are expected to be 12th pass or at least to have a high school certification. The education requirements may vary according to the nature of the job, since there are various jobs related to animal training.
Those who wish to become Marine Mammal Trainers or Exotic Animal Trainers, require a bachelors degree in zoology, biology, marine biology, animal science or psychology. After graduation, along with an animal training certificate, a candidate can apply for the concerned job.
No college or university in India is offering a graduate or postgraduate degree in dog training. But there are several training institutes, clubs and organisations that offers voluntary certification for aspiring candidates. Some of them are:

*Accreditation of the institute.
*Institute's infrastructure.
*Teaching faculty.
*Specialization offered.
*Past placements records.
*Tuition fees.
*City preference.
*Industry interface.
In order to get detailed information regarding course curriculum, placements, faculty members etc it would be always advisable to browse through the official website of this institute.

Rishi, there are a few ways to approach this. If you are very good with maths and programming, opt for Computers (BTech or MCA or MScIT). You may decide between them if you like, though industry seems to prefer BTech before MCA before MSCIT.
I am not sure how good you are with maths and programming. If you are, then you must pick up Programming and take a language whether PHP/ HTML5 (web dev), .Net (for software dev) Java/ Android (for apps) or C#/ Unity (for games). However like i mentioned, you must be good with programming to move ahead in this area since you have to compete with MCAs and BTech(CS) applicants. So choose your internship/ industrial training very carefully. Do not just go for the cheapest to save money. See the IT company's credentials on the net. for example if someone provide LIVE PROJECTS are they there near the TOP on PORTALS like JUSTDIAL? Or if the company is registered with STPI (Software Technology Parks of India) - all good IT companies are registered with STPI. If a company spends money to market themselves to customers, only then they are able to get LIVE PROJECTS. Also, if you are an average programmer, and if you you're better with creative work, then you can head for web design or even vfx/ animation since there is a huge requirement coming up in that domain. There is also an intermediate path in games design and development. If you are good with Drawing and Creative opt for Design (Animation, VFX, Games, Fashion). If you are good with words become a writer (content, news, fiction, ads) or director. If you are good with keeping records go for Accounts or Stats or administration. If you are good with logic go for Law. If you are good at memorizing and love nature go for medical. If you are good with people go for Management. If you are good with nothing become a politican (haha, pun intended - actually you need very good insight into future for this). Wish you the best for your career.
