IT after your 12th with commerce as eligibility criteria for pursuing B.Sc IT in most of the top universities is pass with 50% marks in 12th class and you might have to qualify some entrance test. You can try for BDS. It's the next preferred course after MBBS. Apart from that, you can go for BAMS, BHMS, BVSc. All are designed with doctor as a prefix.

I think you should look as per different aspects for FABS.
Their infrastructure is good, faculty is also good, fees is also not so high, but their placements are not so good and this college comes under low category college. Doing MBA from a good college is better for your future.
Still, you can ask more people always.
