Actually, that depends on your area of interest. You can do your Ph.D or work in a good MNC to get a good package. Find out the areas, wherein you will be paid as per your expectations. But, make sure that you should have that x factor in you to get that package.

Their duration and fee all depends upon the policy of the college or Institute. For creative writing course you can opt Xavier Institute of communication that offers certificate course in creative writing. Secondly, you can opt Symbiosis Centre for distance learning that too gives the chance to learn creative writing. If you can look out of Mumbai than it would be Indra Gandhi national open University, Delhi or British council of India that offers course - Introduction to creative writing.

There are many opportunities after doing M.Com. - You can work as an Auditor. - You can choose any finance company to do a job. - You can also make your career in Banking and finance sector, Electronic marketing and Stock Broking etc. - After completion of your M.Com. You will be eligible to give exams like UGC NET/JRF, etc.

In recent times, IT firms are removing jobs in a huge manner due to automation.
It is good to prefer a good college for whatever course you take.
So, you can take admission in IT in a good college. IT is related to programming and software, whereas, CSE covers all about computers.
If you study anything related to computer science like IT, software engineering then your skills should be very high. People with good skills are not removed from jobs.
