HI Deepak, it is not easy to get scholarship for MBA. However, there are some universities that offer bursaries. To be eligible for scholarship, one must have an outstanding profile. The minimum requirement to pursue MBA in Aus is 60% in UG and 6.5 in IELTS for freshers. If you have scores significantly above these then you try for scholarship. Else, you can still ask after you get an offer letter from the University.
Central Queensland University
For MBA : 33% reduction on total tuition fee
Vice Chancellors Scholarship : 20% reduction on tuition fee
Deakin University
For Warnambool Campus (UG and PG) AUD 8000 per annum
La Trobe University
Academic Excellence Scholarship: 50% - 100% waiver on tuition fee. The condition for the scholarship is that the student must have scored 80% and have an unconditional offer from the university
Swinburne University of Technology
10% waiver on tuition fee for Lilydale Campus

Documents required to apply for admission- Class 10 and 12 marksheets and Passing certificate, sem wise or year wise marksheets, degree certificate or provsional certificate, Statement of Purpose, Letters of Recommendation(2), CV , A copy of your passport(1st and Last Page), IELTS (6.5 min for PG courses). IELTS can be submitted later on if not already written. the documents need to be certified by the notary or by the authorised representative of the University.

HI Anirudh, in Australia you can directly apply for admission to the University. If you have marks above 75% in 12 then you are eligible to apply for UG courses in Australia. But if you have more than 85% you will have plenty of options.
