NIT are Government Institutes of National Importance Comes under ministry of HRD. Where as BIT Jaipur is just a private college Comes Under BIT Mesra. Campus of BIT Jaipur is Not So Good nor they have hostel Facility if you are getting any of NIT then go with it.

to become Pilot you must have Science at 10 + 2. And one more thing Commercial Pilot fees Cost more than 21 lakhs . So First check Whether it is Affordable for you or not.
