As per your query it seems that your long term goal is to pursue MBA, so regarding this please remember in order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program you need to be GRADUATE in ANY FIELD with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
So, you may consider pursuing any of the course at undergraduate level as per your interest and liking, however it would be always advisable to work for 2-3 years after completing graduation and then opting for MBA, the advantage of this step would be that after working for few years you would know which specialization to opt
