Hi,
1. Kamla Nehru College is definitely preferable because of its popularity.
2. You should pursue a course considering your interest, skills, aptitude and career goals.
3. Whichever college you pick, you'll get a degree with University of Delhi written on it. The college name won't be there so it will not make any difference.
