Dear Candidate
Having a work experience before doing MBA is not a prerquisite in India
You should be knowing following points which might help you in taking your decision
1) Gaining work experience before pursuing masters equips a candidate with knowledge and experience on one hand but can make the candidate feel handicap on the other hand in terms of time managment and difficulty in getting associated with studies again.

There are remote chance of you getting NIT. But then there are many universities like Amity, SRM, LPU etc that take into consideration both the marks in 12th as well as JEE. Not only this they are offering scholarships to students on the basis of either of the two.
All these universities have world class infrastructure and offering a whole lot of facilities to students for their all round development.
