Both graduation courses are themselves not sufficient for a making a good career. You need to do post graduation i.e. M.Sc - microbiology or M.Pharma. As of now the pharma line is a bit ahead as it is a established field. microbiology field is growing and as of now has good but a bit limited opportunities.

No, both E003 and E048 refer to the same college-B.M.S College of Engineering. E003 refers to an aided seat which will cost you around Rs. 18000 per year, whereas, E048 refers to an unaided seat which costs Rs. 36000 per year. Apart from the fee structure, there is no difference between these two.
