Its good that you have enrolled your self in LLB program!
BUT now to know about the institute after taking admission shows that you didn't do enough research about college.
What we can suggest is now to focus more or studies as you are going to be a graduate in 2019 and i suppose till than lot more good opportunities will turn up. and you will definitely get a job in future with good package.

Hi Jahanu!
The basic eligibility criteria needed to pursue B.E. / B.Tech is as follows :
You need to pass Class 12th with minimum 60% marks in Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry from a recognised board to join good college.
However, there are colleges which take students who have scored 45% - 50%.Your age must be between 17-23 years.You need to appear for entrance exams such as JEE-Mains, VITEEE, WBJEE etc.

There are several colleges providing Aeronautical Engineering but not all colleges. As far as the Google research tells:- There are not many colleges in Delhi/NCR for Aeronautical engineering but i am listing a few:
- School of aviation and science
- Manav Racha

- Guru Garm institute of Aeronautical
- PM college T
- School of aeronautics

But my dear no college offer AE in such a low fees
