Without UG, you cannot opt for PG similarly your BSC marks are important in PG. It will help you in final placement.

You may be eligible to get a job, but it is very difficult to get a job on the basis of a degree in India. There i s so much unemployment there. besides, if you look for a job on the basis of a degree in Germany, you will have better chances.
