in general, any management school shortlists students for GDPI on the basis of an entrance exam score like CAT, XAT, FMS, JMET, NMAT etc and then gives out final admission offer on the basis of ones perofrmance in GDPI as well as profile datasheet.

Without Any doubt go With NITTTR. as NITTTR is a Research Government Institute Under the Ministry of HRD . Amity University or any other private Deemed Universities is Strictly not at all Good For M.Tech programmes nor private Deemed Universities Like Amity , LPU Doesn't have much Facilities and faculty for programmes Like M.tech nor Companies Doesn't At All prefers Students Which do their M.Tech from private colleges. so better go with Government College NITTTR.
