HI Rosh,
To pursue PhD you need to first prepare your research proposal and send it to the university. The research proposal must include a summary of the proposal and then the proposal in detail. You need to write the topic, reason for doing research, how the research will be beneficial to the community and the university, what is the different thing you are doing that hasn't been undertaken earlier. Also, include how you will progress during the research and the duration you might need to achieve the milestones you have set. If the university accepts your proposal you will be asked to send in your documents after which you will get the offer letter. Then meeting all the requirements you can begin with the visa process. To approach a University you must contact the dean or the professor at the University and ask them if there is any research going on. Because its always not mentioned on the University's website whether the research in your field of interest is going on or not.

Definitely the courses mentioned by Vijay holds true for if you are keen to pursue a further education in this field but other wise you can also opt for the courses in the fields like Health care, Hospital management provided you are inclined towards pursuing a career in the management stream yet not totally disassociated with medicine.

The eligibility criteria to sit for IIT MCA Entrance Examination i.e. IIT JAM the candidate needs to have 55% and above aggregate marks in his graduation, so as you have just entered BCA programme I would advice you to concentrate on your BCA and try to score as high as possible.
