dear student awarding any foreign degree in India is Not Legal / allowed as per law of this land. the foreign education bill is under the consideration of Indian Parliament. please verify the legal aspects before investing your money and time in any course.

I don't think you need to attend any tuition while doing your MBA, and that too in HR. If you are pursuing your Masters from a reputed institute, then the faculty and mentors are fairly good at imparting managerial skills within the students as well as counselling them with the career queries.

You can do study in any subject of your choice. If IT is your field, it makes sense to do an IT course. As you are already a B.Sc. degree holder, you need to study only for 1 year in New Zealand to be eligible for work visa.
