With 15 years of education i.e.(10+2+3) UK would be the bets study destination for you to pursue MBA as on order to pursue MBA from US you need to have 16 years of education i.e.(10+2+4)
However if you wish to pursue MBA from US only, in that case I would suggest you to complete your masters degree first so that you are eligible to pursue MBA from US.
However, please remember in order to pursue MBA from good universities in UK and US, you need to have atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
Besides work experience you also need to have very good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation, plus you need to take below mentioned test:
1. GMAT.
2. IELTS or TOEFL.
So, as per your profile I would suggest you to work for some years after completing your graduation and then opt for MBA from good universities abroad.
However, if you do not wish to work and continue with your studies in that case you may consider pursuing Msc in finance from universities in UK.
