Eligibility
Many open universities in India as well as other institutions offering distance learning programmes offer distance B.Tech programmes too. However, these programmes are only open to those who have already completed their three-year diploma programmes in engineering.
Some of the high-end institutions may hold their own entrance exams for diploma-holder engineers to screen them for admission to their four-year distance B.Tech programmes.

Below is the basic eligibility criteria for pursuing M.Tech in Nanotechnology:
Aspirant must have a degree in Biotechnology, Physics or chemistry. Admission is based on GATE score.

There are so many government jobs in different government departments. So the eligibility criteria varies in different government departments.
Basic eligibility criteria for for government jobs:
Education qualification: Bachelor's degree in any stream from a recognised university.
(12 pass candidates are also eligible for government jobs but for clerical cadre.)
Age: 18 to 30 years. No relaxation for general candidates.
