It is great that they offered you such a responsible job which means that you are great in studies but I suggest you to first build up your career after that go for job because once if you get struck in this, it will be very difficult for you to make your career. With 59.82%, chances of getting admission are very poor. You can try applying as there is nothing much you can do. Take the IELTS and if possible learn German language.
You need to have more than 90% in get admission into German universities. Hence, look for other countries like Australia which are not as competitive as Germany.
