The cutoff is dynamic each year. It is usually declared after the JEE cutoff.

Academic score are as of now not required in FMS. So, you can target getting into FMS. For IIMs, it will be difficult in the ones like B or I giving very high weight to past academics. With 98+ percentile, you can get into 2nd generation IIMs.
