Dear Sreeprasad, do not panic. Yes, you can pursue BCA and MCA based on 12th. You will have to produce gap certificate for 4 years which you can obtain on the basis of health issue. Do not mention your NFT during admission process, although, it does not have any legal hassel but sometimes, college authorities may have doubts about rules and they may take long time to clarify.

However, please remember in order to pursue MBA from good universities in the countries mentioned above, you need to have atleast 3-4 years of full time work experience after graduation.
