Yes you can do hotel management but with the 12th marks as a graduation, your Diploma would not count or help you in this. If you are interested then go for it otherwise I'll suggest you to betech lateral as it also takes 3 years. But you will get a B.Tech degree and your Diploma also helps you in betech.
