Hoping that your subjects are PCM. Here are the tips:
1. Be consistent and thorough with your conceptual understanding in all subjects for 11 and 12 both.
2. Since you need to take entrances after 12th so start your self study/ coaching as you need to do extra syllabus for clearing the entrances like JEE Mains.
3. Read and research more about all engineering branches and see which interests you more as it will keep you motivated.
4. For abroad you need to have extra curricular activities and projects in your profile so participate.

Generally, software testing jobs are offered to the Diploma holder. Software testing is also good job for girls. So, there is nothing to worry about it. If anyone good in coding, so basic level programmer job can also be offered.
