Hello Aditya,
As per the norms, it is mandatory to take any national level entrance test but there is no cut-off for the same. A valid score works well.

You should qualify in 12th standard or equivalent examination in science stream with physics / chemistry / biology from a recognised university. You should score minimum 60% percentage of marks in 12th board examination. The separate institution may conduct entrance examination within the colleges. The admission for B.Sc in agriculture is based on the percentage of marks in entrance examination.

If you are going for USA/Australia, then I would recommend you to go for web development and iOS, because majority of their audience use phones. So, you'll be able to create apps for your local audience at that time of your master's degree. Android is majorly used in countries like India and Brazil.

Hi Shagufta Varsi,For changing your college, there is a provision that you can get admission to another college by lateral entry which entirely depends on the discretion of college. Would suggest you to discuss this with your college first. And, then with the university where you wish to apply. Not very sure, if there is a quota for this.
