If you wish to study in Germany, you need to learn German as most Bachelors courses are conducted in German language there. As per the internet research, Bachelors are the entrance degrees, Academic migration and the prevalence of English starts at the Masters level and is fairly complete at the Postdoctoral one.

Yes of course you can get admission. Work experience doesn't matter that much when you are opting for admission. You need to study hard to get a good score in XAT and then you need to give good GDPI to convert the call.

Certain points in this regards:
(#1) Only PCB wouldn't help. Some entrance exam requires maths as a mandatory subject also because of the huge involvement of physics, mechanics and astronomy. It is really important to have strong understanding of physics, chemistry and biology. Do not worry if you are not good with maths as you can still do something with the other subjects.
