So you seem to be more interested towards salary package. Be clear what you want to do. Identify what skills, knowledge you have. If you have strong managerial, personnel management skills then you can choose MBA / PGDM and do it in a renowned institution. You will definitely get a good package, if you skills are pleasing! This is one option. Second, after doing B.Sc chemistry honors you will be getting an average package of 2-3 LPA. I will suggest you to go for B.Sc from some IIT.

It's very nice to know that you intend to study abroad for your engineering studies after completion of your Diploma. Well, there are hundreds of Institutions which offer seat in undergraduate engineering courses but there are many nuances to the whole issue or to the whole process of getting admission or getting scholarship or passing different exams which are mandatory in some cases and which are not in other cases. 30% seats in B.Tech are filled on the basis of merit drawn on the basis of marks in 10+2 followed by counselling. In the case of admission through JEE Main over 70% seats, 75% weightage will be given to JEE Main score while 25% to the marks in 10+2. In the case of admission, on the basis of 10+2 merit over 30% seats, normalized marks of each board will be considered. Best of luck.

The NIFT Campus at Gandhinagar, considered to be perhaps the greenest city in India, was established in 1995 at a temporary campus building allotted by Government of Gujarat at Sector 26, Gandhinagar.
