UGC needs to prove all the degrees including Technical and Non Technical courses. Any UG and PG degree which does not have UGC approval is considered to be invalid. AICTE is All India Council for Technical Education. A few technical courses like BHM, BE and other related course needs to be approved by AICTE if any degree in that case received without AICTE approval is invalid. Distance education degree to be approved by Distance Education Bureau.

Hi Syeda, Yes, it is possible. All you want is transfer certificate and your marksheets and a letter why you want to shift the letter. You have to write two times one in your present college stating the reason and another to the college which you want to join stating the reason. Why you want to join and why you left the previous college. That's it.

2. Intermediate - second stage
3 Final. - final stage
