Hi Shi,kha 2 options that you can choose from according to my knowledge. Germany and Nz. In Germany, after you get the permission to carry out research at a University you can apply for DAAD scholarship. PhD is funded by the Govt in Germany.
In Nz, PhD is offered at home tuition fee of INR 1.25 lacs per annum. There are lots of benefits given by the Govt to PhD students. There will be additional living expenses of 3.5 lacs per annum.

Hi Varaprasad, I hesitate to write this but as far as I know MBBS in France is not open for international students and if it is it is not taught in English.
But before you apply anywhere abroad for studies you need to obtain a eligibility certificate from Medical council of India. After completing MBBS abroad if you wish to practise in India you will need to clear the screening test to prove your proficiency in the subject and to be a registered doctor in India.

You would not find any Universities which will provide you a degree in purchase. However, as Purchase is a part of Supply chain Management & Operations. You can look for Universities which give you a degree in Supply chain. Even better would be that you go for an MBA in Operations which is one of the traditional specialization provided by most of the Universities.
