The CS exam is a three stage exam divided into _Preleminary exam which is objective type and roughly ten times the candidates as per the vacanices are called for the second stage exam Mains which is descriptive type carrying 2000 marks and finally the interview of shortlisted candidates carrying 300 marks. Firstly,I would suggest you to concentrate on your 10th results and try to secure as high as possible as this will help you to select your subjects, also if you are keen to pursue Medicine, then opting for Physics/ Chemistry and Biology are mandatory.
However, in Medicine, there are many courses that one can pursue after completing 12th like MBBS, BDS, BPT, Life Sciences, Agricultural sciences and many more. But then there are no short cuts available to have successful career, so prepare yourself to work hard to reach heights.
