Hi Santosh,
After Doing B.Com and working for 2 years as Account Assistance I feel SAP can give your career a good boost. As far as MCA is concerned it is also a good option but it would completely take you to the different field that would be related to technology, whereas SAP FICO would give you a platform to utilize your accounting skills along with technology.
However, the most important thing which you should keep in mind while choosing your career stream or a program is your own interest and career aspirations. So go for the program which you feel you are passionate about. I would also like to add here that if you plan to do SAP program please do it through an authorized training center as it is a high priced program and doing it through any unauthorized institute will be waste of money and time.

Hi Mithoo,
Advisable would be that you should do your MBA through a decent full time institute but as you have financial hitches the options available with you is to either go for the government Institutes like FMS (DU) or GGSIPU or Jamia Millia Islamia etc. as government or government aided institutes will have lower fee structure or the next option would be to do it through correspondence like IGNOU, IMT, Annamalai university etc. as the correspondence program will again would be quite economical.
