I cannot assure the exact pattern but I can guide you with all that you need to prepare. So starting with media I would suggest you to go through the newspapers everyday and make a note of all the good articles or important news that you come across. You have to mug up the punch lines of various good and famous brands and also their Brand ambassadors, mug up the punch lines of various good news channels because they might ask it. Also if possible try and read few books on GK and Current affairs, if you want you can refer to Manorama year Book which is a nice book for GK and Current affairs. Apart from all these you also have to practice a lot on writing articles because they might give you any topic to write or also a picture that you need describe so you need to write it in a creative manner and for that you need to think out of the box. Other than these you may also prepare on reading comprehension, grammar, etc. At the end I would say that the entrance is not that difficult and you can clear it easily and the interview depends on your caliber.

If you have completed your bachelors in mechanical, then the best possible course for you would be a masters in mechanical engineering. You can even opt for the aeronautical which you have mentioned. There is no limitation in applying for them and you are very well eligible.
The question is, have you asked yourself what career do you want 10 years down the line? Do you feel your good with air crafts after pursuing your BE, or you feel you have a better chemistry with machines? The choice is yours and only yours. Just ask yourself what your interested in and what interests you the most and pursue that course.

In order to take admission inMaster program in automobile from german university you should have- a recognised first degree (Bachelor of Science or Engineering), Candidates shouldhave also performed above average in their undergraduate studies, The Graduate Record Examination (GRE) is also required, Candidates should have an IELTS certificate (score 6.0) or of the TOEFL certificate (score 550 paper-based / 213 computer-based / 80 internet-based). Most of the university accepts online applications however i would suggest you to kindly contact the concern university for the exact procedure.

As far as the preparation is concerned there is no set formula through which you can achieve success in such examinations the only thing you should keep in mind is that there is no shortcut to hard work so, work with perseverance and focus. Few of things which can help in preparation are time management skills, good fundamental knowledge base in Math (remembering Formulae and standard set of theories), for general awareness & current affairs read more and more newspapers & for grammar read novels.
