Hi,
Every university has its own course specific eligibility criteria for admission, in order to know the exact eligibility criteria it would be always advisable to browse through the university's website you wish to apply.
Overall, in order to pursue masters degree from universities in US you need to have relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university with good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation plus you need to take below mentioned test:
1. GRE (for masters degree in science and engineering fields)

1.Which course you wish to pursue.
2.What is your educational background.
However, for your reference please remember GMAT is a test which need to be taken by students who wish to pursue MBA from universities abroad.
As the medium of education in universities abroad is english, so all the international students whose first or native language is not english have to take TOEFL test to prove your english language proficiency.

Why Diploma ? Yop should do PG Degree course in Telecom like MTech Telecom, MSc Telecom or Communication, MBA Telecom etc. After Masters degree you will have scope of PhD in life, which you won't have after Diploma. So Masters is BEST.

For the CPL (Pilot Training) The minimum eligibility is 10+2 in Physics and Maths.
