Hi,
No there is no university that would accept this GRE score of yours. Atleast 1000 GRE is required by below average universities for pharmacology or clinical research masters. It is highly recommended that you retake the GRE and target a score above 1200 if you want admission in a decent university.

Exam for IAS Prelims is an objective type of exam where multiple choice questions are put. There are generally 4 alternative answers given and one has to choose the right or the most appropriate answer. There is negative marking but not 1 for 1. Less than 1 mark is deducted for 1 wrong answer. I am not very sure but I think 2 or 3 wrong answers result in deduction of 1 mark.
