With a M.Sc degree, you seem to be quite eligible to apply for the teacher posts in KV.A candidate must have done a 2 years post graduate M.Sc course of regional college of education of NCERT in the concerned subject or a candidate must have a Masters degree from a recognized university.
The candidates will have to appear for a written test and then for an interview.Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathanis the body that needs to be approached for the same on the basis of the vacancies advertised in the newspapers / website and apply.

Some of the top schools in the US for Masters in Civil Engineering are:
1) University of California-Berkeley:

In order to secure admission in the above mentioned universities, you will have to meet the following eligibility requirements. Every university has its own specific requirements for the Civil Engineering course and hence i am going to provide you with the general requirements:
1) GRE Score with a score no less than 1200.
2) Minimum Grade Point Average: 3/4 GPA or B+ or 75 percent and above. In some cases, the universities have a requirement from Indian students to have a second upper class percentage or 55 percent.
3) TOEFL score with minimum score 100.
4) Atleast 6 months-1 year college level calculus.
5) Letters of Recommendations.
6) Statement of Purpose.
There are universities in the US that have the tuition fee less than 15,000$ but that won't help you much as you still would be required to take care of the living expenses. You would need atleast 12,000-20,000 USD per annum to support your living expenses.

Hi,
RMI offers Bachelor of Design (Interior Design) awarded by RMI Australia. The minimum eligibility to pursue this course is 10 + 2 from any recognized board. Class 12th students appearing or waiting for final result may also apply for provisional admission.
The admissions to the course shall take place on the basis of qualifying an aptitude test named, RMAT. The admissions for the April 2011 is open as for now, however, one would have to wait for the notification for the October Intake.
