SAP CRM as the names suggest is for those people who are into customer handling and SAP SD is for marketing professionals who are involved in Sales and distribution activities, so as you are working in Sales department more beneficial for you would be SAP SD. However, both the options are open to you.
As far as training centers are concerned I would advise you to opt for an authorized training center as doing it from any other institute would be waste of time and money, moreover authorized centers will have better recognition in Job market. Yes, definitely you can go for SAP course. Although, there is no set prerequisite, generally, it is recommended that you have minimum 1-2 years of technical experience or professional qualification like B.E, B.Tech, MBA, CA or equivalent credentials. So as you have two years of work experience if you are planning to get into the similar field in which you have work ex you can go ahead.
