Yes you can do M.Tech or M.E in Civil Eng as a part time course. Education is not a full stop in your career.We learn and learn to acquire good knowledge.

Check out on Amity, SIMC, Manipal University, Nitte University etc. Usually, private universities are offering full-on UG courses in mass comm. Nitte's BA Mass Comm & Journallism is a full-fledged communication course based largely on UNESCO curriculum. Amity is also offering a full-fledged Comm course.

Hi Nainesh.
First you need to clear all your backlogs to do any Masters degree. If you have completed them then only you can get admission. Try to complete all your backlogs as earlier as possible.

Fergusson college does not have B.Sc Astrophysics course. B.Sc in Astrophysics is a 3 year UnderGraduate course And to get admission in this course you need to pass in higher secondary school certificate exam from any recognized board And you must have physics and mathematics in your 12th examination. The minimum 50% marks you have to scored in your 12th examination, the eligiblity criteria are vary from colleges to colleges.
