Pursuing MBA abroad is always a good option, the main reason for seeking a MBA degree from abroad are:
- Getting a better quality of education.
- Improves career opportunities.
- Broaden international experience.
- Gaining exposure to different cultures.
However, please remember in order to pursue MBA from good universities in Australia , you need to have atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
Besides work experience you also need to have very good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation, plus you need to take below mentioned test:

2. IELTS.

Both the countries you mentioned are good to pursue studies, however as per your query, I would suggest you to complete your B.Tech from India and then look for masters degree abroad.
For pursuing masters degree you may consider Germany, as the cost of education in Germany is very less as compared to universities in US, Canada, UK and Singapore.
However, you may surely consider pursuing undergraduate degree from universities abroad.
As per your query regarding fee structure, so regarding that please remember every university has its own course specific fee structure, in order to know the exact fee structure it would be always advisable to browse through the university's website you wish to apply.
Overall, it may cost you around S$ 30,000 to S$ 40,000 for pursuing studies from universities in Singapore,plus you require 10,000-12,000 Singapore dollars per annum to support your living, average fees at Canadian universities is around CA$ 20,000 per year,and average living expenses are about CA$ 10,000 per year, the tuition fee and living expenses might be more or less depending on the university and location.

Generally, to pass B.Sc Computer Science you need to pass 10+2 in Science with Maths from a recognized board. You may contact the college officials for specific criteria and admission details.

Preparing for APSC requires combination of smartness and hard work. Do the right things to gain an edge over your competition:
*Get the right books for Prelims
*Start preparing at least 10 months before
*Solve past year questions to test yourself on regular basis
*Cover the scoring sections early
*Cover the syllabus strategically. Don't go for a "prepare all" approach for prelims
*Balance paper 1 and 2
