While MBA focuses more on theoretical aspects of management and is more exam-oriented, PGDM has a focus on building soft skills and is industry-oriented. It prepares you for the job market.

Courses PGPITBM and Executive MBA have eligibility of minimum 18 months and 36 months of work experience,while,MBA-ITBM does not have work experience as eligibility criteria though having work experience have it's own advantage.
Also, it seems that you do not come from IT background so it becomes a prerequisite to understand that having knowledge about the same helps, though which can be developed anytime.
Hence,I would suggest to understand all the three courses in detail first and then come to a decision.
