Hi Aryan,
I think you did not go through the university website properly as all the information is clearly mentioned on the website. NYIT offer BS in ECE and mechanical engineering, there is no B.Tech abroad, the program page mentions the SAT score is required. For international students whose first language is not English, you must take TOEFL exam. This is what they say 'If you graduated from a US high school or with a four-year Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited United States institution, then you do not need to take the TOEFL, IELTS or PTE exam. '
Here are the other URLs, you need to check:

There is no problem in gaping your education. But, you may face the problem with your age bar. Not only in government sector, but private sector also have to fulfill some criterion where age play a major role. So, without delay, you must try for job just after completion of your Master's degree.

Hello Anshu,
These days government jobs are becoming less and less. But don't worry. Jobs in private sector are in abundance. Actually, with your qualifications, you should get a good job. But instead of doing B.Sc, you should go for B.Tech that will take same time if you get lateral admission.
Best wishes.
