As per my opinion and my knowledge for doing Ph.D from New Delhi, you must have to give an IIT exam and have to qualify it, so that you can get enrolled yourself in Delhi University for Ph.D in Jamia University in New Delhi, but all these universities, you must have cleared the NET exam. For a professor, you must have to complete your Ph.D degree first, and then you are eligible for a professor in any university.

Just have a score higher than 60% in your graduation degree, intermediate and high school. That's enough to grab a seat at this university. All the very best to you.

Since CA is very tough exam to clear, no doubt it requires very much hard work to be done in preparation phase. Therefore, I would recommend you to study as much as you think is fit for you to prepare.
Hope it helps.

Hi Madhav
How much is your average in percentage? Good universities abroad also require a decent grade for engineering degrees. Along with the academic, your co curricular participation, community services etc will also matter. Lastly, the cost of a degree abroad varies from 15000 dollars to 40000 dollars so which country is affordable for you.
