Hi Jasppreet,First think of the discipline that inspires you the most. Being a lawyer or being an economist. If you are interested in law then join the integrated LLB which is a 5 year course. You can join any legal firm to get hands on experience. You can either take up independent practice or join any org as a legal adviser.
All the very best,
Gomti

PR will not depend on whether you pursue a diploma or a degree. To get a PR, you would be required to secure a job in Canada. Getting a job would be easier with a degree rather than a diploma. Therefore, you should opt for masters and not pg diploma.
Hope my answer has solved your query. If it has, kindly mark it as best answer.

Hi Namrata, There are many courses tailor made to suit the requirement of bio students. There is no hard and fast rule that all bio students should become doctors. they can become chemists, agriculturists, can take up horticulture, specialize in botany/micro biology/bio-chem/forensic science/textile designing/ Home Science/Food and nutrition and the list is too long. Just jot down your specific areas of interest and choose the course accordingly.
Wishin gyou all the best,
Gomti
