Hi ash. B.Sc is called traditional degree where as B.Tech/B.E is called professional degree. So it is not like one have more job opportunities and the other has less. Agreed that professional degrees have more demand in todays situation. But even the traditional degrees have equal prominence if qualified on a good percentile. The basic advantage in taking up normal degree is that you can complete your graduation in just 3 years of span whereas the technical degree takes minimum of 4 years. So, if you are having an opinion of completing graduation within 3 years and want to take up PG it is better to go with it. To put it short, technical degree have more open doors when compared to B.Sc . ALL the BEST.
