Hi,
Generally, distance learning MBA does not offer placement but it can provide placement assistance, please remember no course or institutes guarantees placements to the students, getting a job depends entirely on the knowledge level and calibre of the students.
As a student you should give your 100% in whichever course you opt for, and if you do well then getting a good job with handsome salary should not be a problem.
Good Luck.
All the Best.

-Sometimes,the question 'why' should you do a course is as important as 'what' should you do? You may realize that you have a third option that of PGDHRM (Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management) or Office Management considering your work experience.
-As for correspondence or regular, it depends on your time availability that is how much ti

Thanx@aru for your kind gesture. Satpal, whenever any organization invites application from candidates, for a particular post, they mention education qualification from government recognized institutions. On behalf of government, agencies like AICTE, UGC and DEC approve curriculum of any institution.
Second thing, no organization questions method of education viz regular, distance mode, private or correspondence. However, while shortlisting candidates, regular candidate will be given preference over others, provided number of candidates applied are more than the available vacancies.
