DBS has initiated strategic alliances and tie ups with numerous companies in different sectors for ensuring a good turnout in campus placements. The placement cell keeps a close watch on the developments in the corporate business environment and keeps track of the skill requirement of different companies. Numerous training programs are conducted to develop the skills required by corporate.
In the first batch of 55 students there were 70 companies for their placement. The highest package went at 6.50 lacs/ annum. The average package was 3.50 lacs / annum. All the students had multiple placement opportunities.

Salary :
- Salary depends on various parameters such as size of the organization, profile, qualification, experience etc. But, to give you a brief view :
- Engineers employed in government sectors are paid according to the official scales whereas in private sectors are paid according to the scales decided by the management of the company.
- Engineering graduates with management degrees can get their initial income between Rs.10, 000 to Rs. 40,000 every month.

Pursuing MBA abroad is always a good option, the main reason for seeking a MBA degree from abroad are:
- Getting a better quality of education.
- Improves career opportunities.
- Broaden international experience.
- Gaining exposure to different cultures.
However, please remember in order to pursue MBA from good universities in Singapore , you need to have atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
Besides work experience you also need to have very good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation, plus you need to take below mentioned test:
1. GMAT.
2. IELTS or TOEFL.
