Since most of the colleges expect 50% marks as the minimum eligibility criteria, you can opt for some short term or diploma courses.
These are the short term courses that you can pursue after B.Com:
-Cost Accounting Diploma
-Diploma in Financial Management.
-PG Diploma in Financial Planning
-International Post Graduate Diploma in Risk Management
-Honours Diploma in Banking & Financial Services(HDBFS) - 4 terms Course

For Civil Judge entrence you'll have to complete LLB. then only you are eligible for Civil Judge Entrence exam.
I would suggest you to search BA.LLB Integrated course near you city and take admission in it as soon as possible as many Institutes have completed their admission process for 2014-15.

Well it depends upon the institutes, All the FAA certified institutes are best for CPL.
If you are financially instable then you should Consider joining the military. The brunt of the obstacle when it comes to becoming a pilot is money and having to learn how to fly. A surefire way to solve that problem is to join the military. Not only is it financially easier, but major airlines definitely hold military pilots in high regard. If this is something you can see yourself doing, it's a good idea.

Minimum educational requirement to get enrolled to a CPL course is 10+2 with Mathematics, Physics and English as basic subjects. Commerce/ Arts students may also attempt to undergo the Course provided they qualify in the mandatory subjects of Physics & Mathematics through Indian National Open University within six months of commencement of the course. After qualifying in an APFT entrance test and a medical examination, an applicant is selected for the CPL course. The total duration of the training is 18 months.
