For counselling its mandatory to clear the cutoff score.
Last year it was 62 marks for gen. cat.

After 10, you can go for 12th and then graduation. Another option is to pursue Diploma in IT/Computer after 10th, Then go for graduation. It would be good to pursue graduation at least for long term career planning. If you want to go for IT field, BCA/B.Tech in IT/Computer are good choices.
After that, you can pursue for job in the area you want. If you want to sharpen your skill first, there are many courses available out there. Some of them are related to:
1) Programming (Java, .Net, Php, Html)
2) Database management system.
3) Software Testing
4) Designing (photoshop, dreamweaver etc)
And many more.
You should go with your intere
