If you mean full time MBA or PGDM program then please remember in order to pursue this program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks or or equivalent CGPA in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
The selection process in B-schools generally consists of :
- Past Academic record.
- Scores in entrance tests.
- Group Discussion.
- Personal Interview.
- Work experience.
Please note that each B-schools shortlists candidates for second stage of selection which may be independent of each other.
The process may include
- Written Test (WT).
- Group Discussions (GD)
- Personal Interviews (PI).
Performance in various management entrance tests is an important component in the admission process.
B-schools may use previous academic performance of the candidates, relevant work experience and other similar inputs in short listing and ranking of candidates at various stages of the admission process.
The processes, academic cut-offs and the weights allocated to the evaluation parameters may vary across B-schools.

Yes you need to sit for the MR-NAT, 2014 exam conducted by the university. Admission shall be made on the basis of rank in MR-NAT (wherever applicable) as 1st preference and seats remaining vacant, merit in qualifying examination as 2nd preference. Hence, Merit List shall be prepared with MR-NAT rank holders on the top in order of their rank in ascending order and candidates not holding MR-NAT rank shall be placed below MR-NAT rank holders in order of merit in qualifying exam i.e. % of marks scored in descending order.
